Patrick Durcinka is President and chief executive officer of Kessington Aerospace.
Prior to his current position, Patrick served as Director of Continuous Improvement with Kessington. Previous to Kessington, Patrick worked for Honeywell Aerospace where he served in several roles implementing Lean practices in the braking division of the company. Patrick came to Kessington with a broad range of industry experience in both large and small companies. Throughout his career, continuous improvement has been his main focus with success’s primarily in helping companies on the verge of collapse become profitable businesses again. Patrick also spent 13 years as a Lean Consultant helping companies both domestically and in Canada.
Companies worked for include such notables as Harley Davidson, Malinkrodt Pharmaceutical and Honeywell Aerospace. Patrick has worked in all company positions from engineering through VP giving him a thorough understanding of how a company functions.
Patrick holds an Industrial Technology BS degree from Purdue University, an MBA from Wesleyan University and two associate degrees. He is APICS certified, a Certified Lean Expert and Black Belt trained.
