CURRENT JOB OPENINGS

CNC LATHE OPERATOR -1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift, 40+ hours

$16-$24 DOE, plus 10% 2nd shift premium

Set-up & Operate CNC Lathes in order to produce quality parts that meet required specifications.

Utilize measuring devices to ensure parts are produced to required specifications.

Read and interpret documents such as work orders, drawings, manuals, and safety regulations. 

Ensure the operational effectiveness of assigned equipment through routine maintenance.

Ability to read and write instructions in English.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years experience as CNC Lathe Operator and /or comparable training.

Experience with super alloys and Okumas a plus.

Strong mechanical skills necessary.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN -1st, 40+ hours

Compensation depends on experience

  • Troubleshooting and repairs on manufacturing equipment.

  • Completing preventive maintenance on scheduled equipment.

  • Performing skilled trades work such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and welding.

  • Ability to maintain CNC controlled machinery with some supervision.

  • Ability to exchange variable frequency drives and motors.

  • Ability to replace sensors, cylinders and solenoids.

  • Ability to use machine manuals and read blue prints to maintain electrical and hydraulic systems.

  • Operating forklift and company vehicles as required.

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Maintaining 5S in all maintenance and facility areas.

  • Creating a continuous improvement environment by improving products, services and processes with the objective to reduce waste while striving for efficiency and profitability.

  • Functioning within a CMMS work order system.

  • Must have excellent attendance.

Minimum Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience performing facility & preventive maintenance and equipment repair in a manufacturing environment.

  • Familiarity with Okuma machines and controls a plus.

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of safety and maintenance best practices.

  • Electrical proficiency with circuits, switches, wiring and codes a must.
